Quite contrary to the role of the teacher at schools, the role of the lecturer in the college environment is quite different in many aspects, style and the methodology of imparting knowledge which also varies widely from one lecturer to another.
Another underlying factor is that the age gap between the lecturer and the student at colleges is also greatly reduced, is the reason that this role of the lecturer and the interference is reduced on purpose to aid the student attain adulthood with complete ease.
